In loving memory of James Kelly
7th February 1964 – 10th March 2024
This week we received some very sad news of the death, on 10th March 2024, of James Kelly our English teacher at Horizon Campus. James was a much-loved member of our school community having worked at West Lea since 2022 and built strong relationships with staff and students across the school.
Our thoughts are with Mr Kelly’s family at this difficult time and the whole school community sends them our sympathy and support. We will be considering a memorial in consultation with the relatives in due course. In the meantime, staff and students are welcome to wear something green this coming St Patrick’s day (Monday 18th March) in his honour.
We extend our sympathy, and our prayers to James’s family and friends, including his work colleagues and students, who James was clearly devoted to. May he rest in peace.
