Recognising the Amazing Women Around Us
Last Sunday was International Women’s Day, and it made us think about the incredible women in our school community. It also reminded us how much care, patience, and support our team and families show our learners every single day.
In a school like ours, these things truly matter.
It’s the gentle encouragement when something feels difficult.
It’s the extra time spent helping a learner communicate.
It’s the way the team stand by each other, day after day.
These moments may seem small, but they create a big impact. They help our learners feel safe, try new things, grow in confidence, and flourish.
This month gives us two chances to celebrate you — International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, coming up on 15 March.
Thank you to every woman, mum, carer, and member of our team for the kindness, care, and support you show our learners. You make our community stronger.
