Building Skills for the Future Through Work Experience

A key part of our curriculum is ensuring that learners are well prepared for adulthood and the world of work. Through meaningful work experience opportunities, we help them develop confidence, independence, and valuable employability skills that will support them in their future pathways.

We are delighted to welcome learners from Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 to our campus as part of their work experience placements. These learners are taking on a variety of important roles across the school, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

From supporting learners in classrooms and assisting team members with daily activities to working alongside our catering team, are developing practical and communication skills, while gaining a better understanding of workplace expectations. Their enthusiasm, commitment, and positive attitude have already made a valuable contribution to the campus community.

We are incredibly proud of the dedication shown by our work experience learners and look forward to supporting them as they continue their journey towards adulthood, employment, and greater independence.
