Campus update

The children in Brannigan class had an exciting time taking part in National Careers Week.

A professional cook visited the school and taught them how to cook a Mexican dish. We then turned the classroom into a restaurant and the students took turn serving the food and taking orders.

They also spoke about the importance of celebrating Careers Week at assembly, when they shared their future career aspirations.

Catering isn't for everyone and Yaasir's dream lies in a different direction. He told us, “I want to be a train driver because I would like to take people to their destination and help them get to work.”

It’s always wonderful to see and hear our young people discovering what's possible for them as they grow.

Finally, a reminder that this term comes to an end on Thursday 28th March, when we finish at 12:30pm.

We wish you and your family a happy and restful break.

Learners have settled well into their new classes, new year groups and, for our year 7s, new school. We're all raring to go after the half term break!
