Campus update

A sunny start to the summer term

We hope you're enjoying this week's mini heatwave - it's certainly brought a sunny start to the new term. There's lots to look forward to this summer.

Year 7 and 8 learners are exploring poetry as a way to express feelings and ideas creatively. Year 7 will be writing animal-themed poems, while Year 8 are capturing the theme of water in verse. It's a fantastic way to build language skills and connect with different emotions and perspectives.

Meanwhile, Year 9 is getting to grips with something that didn't exist when I was at school - blogs! This modern, informal style of writing helps learners practice communicating in a clear and conversational way.

As this is a Bank Holiday weekend, we wish you a well-earned break. We'll see back on Tuesday.
