Stronger Together for Mental Health Week

This week, we've been immersed in Mental Health Awareness Week, exploring the theme of Community - one of our school's core values. It's been a wonderful reminder of how important supportive relationships are for our wellbeing.

In PSHE, learners reflected on the connections they have and how they might make new connections and strengthen their networks. Some classes also explored recognising different emotions and learning practical strategies for self-care.

It wasn't just the learners that got involved. On Wednesday afternoon, our teachers had the chance to recharge with a choice of activities - from sound baths and Bounce sessions to peaceful reflection time. A great reminder that wellbeing matters for everyone in our school family.

If you haven't joined one of our weekly coffee mornings, we'd love to see you there. It's a great way to meet others, share experiences, and feel more connected.

Community means we're never alone - and we're always stronger together.
