Welcome back from the half-term break

We hope you had a restful time. It’s hard to believe we’re already heading into the final half term of the academic year - where has the time gone?

It’s been a delight visiting Year 7 lessons this week. Our learners are diving into the magical world of fantasy stories.

Zorn and Narita classes are currently reading There is a Tiger in the Garden. With our upcoming trip to the zoo next week, they might just spot a real tiger in the gardens - a wonderful link between story and real life.

Omar class are sticking with the animal theme, adding the finishing touches to their masks for our Creative Show on 30 June. We’ll be sending letters home soon to invite you to this special event.

Meanwhile, Hamilton class is learning how to grow a dragon. I have to admit, I’m not sure how to do that myself – if you’re curious too, make sure to ask them for their expert advice!

We’re looking forward to a busy, fun, and creative half term ahead. Let’s make it a great one.
