World Music Day
Haselbury Campus was full of rhythm and joy on Tuesday as we celebrated World Music Day.
It was a real treat to see our learners explore music in all its forms – from dancing and singing to simply listening and soaking up the sound. It reminded us how powerful music can be in bringing people together.
Mrs Berry shared her love of dance with a few classes, getting everyone up on their feet and moving to the beat. There’s something special about dancing – it lifts your mood in an instant. When was the last time you had a little boogie?
Mr Louis brought along his guitar and filled classrooms with song during some brilliant singing sessions. And at lunchtime, our student and staff choir sang loud and proud to mark the day.
We’re also looking ahead to Creative Day on Monday 30th June – we can’t wait to share some of the amazing performances with you!
