Where Stories Spark Creativity and Come to Life
National Storytelling Week has been full of creativity and fun at our campus. Our learners explored new ideas, used their imagination, and brought many stories to life.
Lister class went on an exciting bear hunt. They used a tough tray to recreate scenes from the story and made salt dough to show different sound effects, turning it into a full sensory activity. Narita class showed their artistic side by making colourful snails to go with their story.
Other classes also explored storytelling in their own ways. Some created story boxes based on key scenes, while others recorded role‑plays to act out their stories. Omar, Fox, and Gallagher classes were inspired by Around the World in 80 Days and even wrote their own short adventure stories.
A big thank you to Mrs Begum and Ms North for organising this wonderful week. It has been a joyful celebration of stories, creativity, and the confidence our learners show when they bring narratives to life.
