Creating Our Own Movies
This week, each class took responsibility for their own movie project. They started by planning their ideas and stories, then worked together to bring them to life. The children made their own props and sets and filmed their movies creatively. They showed great teamwork, imagination, and problem-solving skills throughout.
The project continued in Computing lessons. Pupils created their own soundtracks using GarageBand, choosing sounds and music that matched the mood of their films. They then edited their movies using iMovie, learning important skills such as editing, ordering scenes, and film production.
The final movies showed not only creativity and technical skills, but also confidence, teamwork, and pride in their work.
