Welcome to Horizon Works

The first week has been all about getting to know one another, building connections, and settling into life at Horizon. Interns spent time meeting staff and discovering the support available as they begin their journey towards employment.

Preparations are also underway for our annual Job Fair this Friday. Interns have been researching attending employers, exploring career pathways, and honing the skills needed to make a great first impression. The event will offer a valuable opportunity to network, explore future roles, and practise employability skills in a real-world setting.

We have been incredibly impressed by how our new interns have embraced the week. Their eagerness to learn, support one another, and dive into every activity has set a wonderful tone for the year ahead.
