Building Skills, Confidence, and Careers Through Hospitality

Three of our interns recently completed an exciting four-day Hospitality Skills Programme in partnership with Restaurant Associates, a premier food service and hospitality provider.

Through hands-on training and guidance from industry professionals, they developed their confidence, employability, and hospitality skills, gaining practical experience in front-of-house service, barista skills, and guest experience.

The programme culminated in a fantastic showcase at Restaurant Associates' head office, where the interns put their learning into practice by preparing and serving lunch to senior leaders.

It was a wonderful opportunity for them to demonstrate their abilities in a professional environment and highlight what can be achieved when employers create meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, contribute, and progress.
