Cooking with Carline
Welcome back to all parents and carers.
The students are delighted that 'Hang Out Club' has resumed this term.
On Wednesday, a group of students cooked up a storm! The theme of the week was a 'Taste of Italy.' The group prepared, cooked and enjoyed meatballs and spaghetti.
Carline loves creating meals from scratch. Her passion for cooking is rubbing off on the students who had lots of fun in the kitchen.
It was also a chance for those who are usually based at college to socialise with our interns.
Cooking is a great life skill. We hope that our budding chefs will be more confident in trying different recipes at home.
As we move to our new Ponders End site in September, we look forward to the new facilities this will bring. This includes a state of the art commercial training kitchen.
