Timetables now in full swing.
This week has been our first full week at our new Ponders End site. Students have been getting used to their new timetables.
Sixth Form students have started their new lessons. They are enjoying: English, Maths, Creative Computing and many more subjects.
They’ve also been to college. Learners are preparing for their work experience placements. Going to college strengthens our learners independent skills. They also get to experience a change in environment.
Our new cohort of supported interns have started at our St Mary's site this week too. They’ve taken part in lessons, as well as team building activities in their new classes.
At the end of the week they met employers at the annual Job Fair to hear about the jobs on offer. I look forward to sharing more about this with you in next weeks spotlight!
