Year 10 Hill Class Embrace Outdoor Learning at Capel Manor
This term, learners from Year 10 Hill Class are enjoying weekly visits to Capel Manor as part of their vocational learning programme.
Each week, they spend the day working in our dedicated garden area, developing their horticulture skills through planting, gardening, and caring for outdoor spaces. They are also helping to care for the animals on site, gaining valuable hands-on experience, and developing practical skills in a real working environment.
These visits give learners the opportunity to learn beyond the classroom, build confidence and independence, and explore future pathways in horticulture and animal care.
We look forward to seeing all they achieve during their time at Capel Manor this autumn.
