Learning For Life Campus

23rd February 2024

Campus update

This term in Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE), Year 11 students learned about different relationships and families. They explored the responsibilities of having children and understood how it can impact someone's life.

In Wright class, students worked in pairs to care for lifelike baby simulators called 'Ready or Not Tots.'

The babies cried, and students had to work out if the baby needed feeding, a nappy change or wanted a bit of attention.

This hands-on experience gave students a practical understanding of the challenges and commitments involved in raising a child, helping them grasp the realities of parenthood.

Well done to everyone who took part!

The learners worked so well together. They were a genuine credit to our school. Well done Learning for Life.
