As mentioned before, a huge part of our curriculum is Catering. As a campus, we explore catering both onsite, and offsite at CONEL.
The students love exploring the different aspects of cooking. They learn how to do this an environment where they continue to develop skills for life. Working in a kitchen gives learners the opportunity to use different utensils. follow health and safety rules, and also gain independence.
This week, our learners have been making burgers at CONEL. Our learners onsite are making yummy ginger biscuits.

The students are so proud of their achievements in the kitchen. Every week they develop new techniques.
