As part of our World Of Work Day, Hill Class went to Stephen James BMW to find out about the ins and outs of working for a big sales company.
The learners were given a guided tour around the parts department to understand how stock is replenished and picked for customers.
They listened to members of staff explaining the different job roles in the organisation.
Two of the car sales team were intereviewed about the different parts of their job.
A former intern from West Lea, who now has a full time job at BMW talked to them about their career journey.
The students had an inspiring and fun filled day.
