'World of Work Days'

All Year 10 students at Learning for Life will be embarking on an exciting adventure this March. It forms a part of their 'World of Work Days'.

During their visits, students will have the opportunity to explore the zoo. They will observe a wide variety of animals in their habitats. Beyond seeing the animals, they will engage in educational discussions, including:

Careers within a zoo setting
Gaining insights into roles such as zookeepers, veterinarians, conservationists, and animal welfare specialists.

Each visit will feature interactive sessions with different animals. This allows students to learn about their care, behaviour, and conservation efforts firsthand.

'World of Work' days inform our learners about potential career paths in animal care, conservation, and zoology. It gives them a unique and immersive learning experience.
