Behind the Scenes at Chelsea FC
As part of our Year 10 World of Work days, Hill Class had the exciting opportunity to visit Chelsea Football Club on Monday.
This immersive experience gave learners a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the wide range of roles that keep a top-tier football club running smoothly.
From hospitality to media, pitch-side operations to retail, they discovered just how many different teams work together to create a world-class matchday experience.
Students met professionals from across the club, including the Head of Catering and groundskeeping staff, and learned about the skills, qualifications and teamwork involved in their jobs.
The visit really opened their eyes to the career possibilities in sport beyond playing on the pitch – showing how dedication, creativity, and passion can take you far in this exciting industry.
