Fun-Filled Day of Football
Monday 7 July was one to remember for our Year 10 and 11 boys, who took part in a football festival representing West Lea.
The sun was shining, the energy was high and the boys gave it their all. Their teamwork, focus and sportsmanship stood out in every match.
But the day was about more than football. It was a celebration of inclusion, resilience and having fun together.
In this week’s leavers’ assembly, many of the boys reflected on what sport has meant to them. For some, it’s been more than just a game – it’s helped them build friendships, confidence and a sense of belonging.
We’re so proud of every one of them, not just for how they played, but for the young men they’ve become.
