Celebrating Hill Class Work Experience Achievements
Hill Class have had a very positive and rewarding time during their work experience, this term. Many learners showed great independence while working at local primary schools. They supported teachers, helped younger pupils, and learned about how a classroom works each day.
Other learners took part in supported work experience programmes, focusing on developing their entrepreneurial and creative skills. They worked together to design and produce handmade items such as cards and t-shirts. During this process, they built confidence in planning, teamwork, and problem-solving. They also learned basic business skills like creating products, marketing, and selling.
Their finished products will be sold within the school, giving them a real sense of achievement and practical experience of running a small business.
