Settling into Springfield Life
Year 5 and 6 have made a great start at our Springfield site this term. They are settling in well, making new friends, and getting used to their new routines.
As part of WestCo, our learners are taking on new jobs and responsibilities. Through WestCo lessons, which form part of our Life and Work Skills curriculum, they are developing important skills for the future.
They are learning to:
- work as a team
- help others
- solve problems
- become more independent
Our learners are growing in confidence every day, and we are very proud of how well they have settled into Springfield life.
We look forward to seeing them continue to learn new skills, take on exciting challenges and become confident members of our community.
