As the leaves keep falling thick and fast in the playground, the children have had lots of fun collecting them to create autumn decorations.
They also enjoyed cutting pumpkins 🎃 and smelling and feeling the insides of them. They discovered just how slimy they are!
Earlier this month, they learnt about Bonfire Night and saw lots of fireworks across the skies of North London. They used their experiences to create firework pictures.
Although the days are shorter and the light is fading, we are still taking the children to learn outside as much as possible. They really enjoy and benefit from this and are very engaged in their lessons.
Please ensure your child brings suitable winter clothing so they can take part in outdoor learning. We recommend a coat, jumper, hat, and either closed shoes or trainers.
We use splash suits to keep children dry when they jump in puddles!
