 💡 What Motivates Us at Meridian Campus? Let’s Talk About Motivators 

Feeling safe and happy is super important to help our children engage in learning. That’s why motivators play such an important role in our daily routines.

Motivators are the little things (sometimes big things!) that help our children feel confident and ready to engage. They can be favourite items that last years, or they might change from week to week. It all depends on each child’s needs and interests.

So, what motivates you? For many of our staff, it’s a comforting cup of tea and a bit of chocolate to keep the day going strong. For our children, the list is wonderfully diverse and creative. From balloons and bubbles to Sonic and bunny rabbit headbands. We love discovering what brings joy and focus to each learner across Meridian Campus. We’re passionate about helping every child discover motivators to help them learn.
