Happy New Year. We're excited to be back and looking forward to a busy term.
Both sites are ready for 2024. In one of the photos, you might spot our fantastic site manager Will putting the final touches to a classroom to make it look like new again.
We're also developing our outdoor sensory environments and all children will be taking part in Forest School.
Have you heard of ‘the little people?’ These are the fairies and elves that live in our Forest School and help the children with imaginative play and learning. Your child might talk to you about them at home as they're lots of fun!
We'll also be exploring new places in the local community as part of our community spring term project. This will be great fun, just like last term's trips with Father Nigel and Father Mat when we visited local churches.
If you'll forgive us momentarily reflecting on Christmas, we were proud of the range of food the children tried at our Christmas Dinner. It was great to see them being brave with new foods.
Thanks also for supporting our end of term shows. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming family Tuesday events and the end of spring term show in March.
Please ensure your child has suitable winter clothing for school so they can take part in outdoor learning. We recommend a coat, jumper, hat, closed shoes or trainers
We use splash suits to keep children dry when they jump in puddles!
Soon, all school related communication will go through School Gateway.
