As the weather improves, Braun class are enjoying using the outdoor gym at the local park.
This is part of their daily routine to help prepare them for afternoon lessons.
They're doing sensory circuits; a sequence of physical activities that support sensory processing.
Sensory circuits include 3 stages:
• alert
• organise
• calm
