Supporting Interns Towards Employment
As we move into the summer term, our Interns are continuing to work hard towards their goal of paid employment with their host employers. We are incredibly proud of the journeys they have been on. It has been amazing to see how much their confidence and independence have grown, and how well they are doing in their roles.
Our Job Coaches have been working tirelessly with interns to support their development. They also support employers by helping to adjust and shape roles that match the skills of our Interns.
We are excitedly looking forward to seeing many of our Interns move on from education and into employment, where they will join new teams who will continue to support and challenge them as they move forward in their careers.
