Children across both Meridian sites have enjoyed attending weekly forest school sessions.
At Forest School our children explore natural resources and get muddy! Outdoor learning helps them to problem solve and manage risks.
At Dysons Road, we have an 'urban' forest school area. Children enjoy digging, planting, and mixing in the mud kitchen.
At Springfield, we have an area with trees, grass, a mud kitchen and areas to dig and grow. Children enjoy sharing songs and stories around the campfire.
There are lots of parks and open spaces in Enfield. Let us know if you visit these and send us your photos.
Please ensure your child has suitable winter clothing for school so they can take part in outdoor learning. We recommend a coat, jumper, hat, closed shoes or trainers
We use splash suits to keep children dry when they jump in puddles!
Soon, all school related communication will go through School Gateway.
